Description:
The Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to direct the strict
compliance of the below mentioned observation while filling the writ of certiorari
before the Islamabad High Court:
"The Office shall not accept the filing of a petition seeking the issuance of a
writ of certiorari without a certificate of the counsel for the petitioner to the effect
that the entire record of the court or Tribunal below has been filed."
