Description:
The Hon'ble Lahore High Court, Lahore has placed the services of Sardar Tahir Sabir, District & Sessions Judge (BS-22) at the disposal of this Court vide Notification No. 120/RHC/D&SJ, dated 27.09.2022. The Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to appoint him in the Islamabad Judicial Service, on deputation basis till the date of his superannuation i.e. 17.05.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, on usual terms & conditions and privileges in the Islamabad Judicial Service and post him as Registrar, Islamabad High Court, Islamabad (BS-22), with effect from the date he assumes charge of the post, in public interest, till further orders.
02. This supersedes Islamabad High Court's earlier Notification bearing No. F. No.(25)/Conf./IHC/1867, dated 30.9.2022.
