02 Bidding documents, which contain specification of items, detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity. opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, can be collected against a payment of Rs.500/- (Non-refundable) from the Hardware & Network Engineer, Islamabad High Court, G-10/1, during office hours (09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.).
03. Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach by closing date 20-09-2021 till 12.00 p.m. The bids would be opened on the same day i.e. 20-09-2021 at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of the representatives of the firms, who may like to participate.
