The Hon'ble Chief Justice has been pleased to declare that the Civil & Sessions Courts (East & West), Islamabad shall observe Summer Vacation from August 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023, (Both days inclusive).
The Hon'ble Chief Justice has further been pleased to allow District & Sessions
Judges, Additional District & Sessions Judges, Senior Civil Judges and Civil Judges-cumJudicial Magistrates to avail Special Casual Leave during Summer Vacation in batches with the direction that suitable arrangements shall be made for disposal of urgent matters as well as old cases as per National Judicial Policy.
